Education for all who would like to acquire knowledge from the working environment of a professional barista and take the exam and gain a publicly valid certificate of professional competence NPK Barist.

The course consists of theoretical and practical work.

The course includes:

• Theory from coffee bean to cup
• Green coffee and the basics of roasting
• Getting to know the espresso machine and coffee grinders
• Proper preparation of espresso, coffee filter, coffee drinks with added milk and epsresso recipe
• Cleanliness of the working environment, espresso machine and coffee grinders
• Cupping and learning sensors
