Pulse-Jet technology
Pulse-Jet technology is a unique feature that explores different flavors and optimizes coffee. Baristas can create different extraction profiles. Pulse-Jet technology divides extraction into three phases: pre-infusion, infusion and post-infusion. For each of the three phases, the barista can determine the frequency of the pulses to be used. Pulse-Jet technology can accentuate fruity or floral flavors and enhance the profile of the back cup. The barista can thus reduce any aftertaste, increase the body or give more sweetness.

Smart Water technology protects the machine by extending its life, requiring less maintenance and improving coffee quality.
Automatic cleaning system
With the new Auto-Purge system, shower cleaning is performed automatically when the filter is released. This new feature helps speed up workflow and improve beverage quality.

T3 technology
T3 technology ensures maximum temperature stability of the machine, thus offering precision and consistency in espresso. T3 technology gives the barista the option of choosing three temperature settings: steam boiler, group and group head. This technology allows complete temperature control at every step of the extraction and gives the barista the freedom to obtain the desired flavor profile.
Smart water technology
Thanks to Smart Water technology, Aurelia Wave can display readings of essential parameters for the feed water, thus informing the baristas of any changes in pH levels and dissolved solids. Smart Water technology protects the appliance, prolongs its life, reduces maintenance costs and improves coffee quality.
Touch screen
The barista has complete control over all phases of extraction, preparation, dispensing and cleaning. Just a touch is enough.
SIS system
The Soft Infusion System (SIS) pre-soaks the coffee bed and allows for a soft infusion. SIS technology avoids channeling and ensures consistent and quality extraction.
Preset scenarios
The interface shows various predefined scenarios from which the barista can choose the most suitable for his coffee. With the help of the screen, the barista can also create a personalized script to create settings for his reception. Everything is done using the screen. The barista thus has complete control over all phases of extraction, preparation, dispensing and cleaning.
