Technology that ensures maximum temperature stability of the coffee machine. Temperature plays a key role in the coffee machine, as it strongly affects the quality of espresso coffee. Stable temperature ensures constant and excellent results. But how? In this case, too, after applied research and experiments in collaboration with exceptional baristas, we were able to find a solution that allows the user to control individual parameters. Thus was born T3, a technology that allows the user to set three temperatures: cooking, infusion of water and steam. What is the result? Water accuracy control, which means a stable temperature and a high-quality result in the cup. All this is also thanks to the electronic system, which consists of temperature, PID and pressure probes.
