20 g of coffee / 300 ml of water (ratio 1/15)
Grinding: medium rough
Grind the coffee before you start brewing.
Heat the water to about 92°C.
Put filter in a Chemex, wet it and add freshly ground coffee.
Pour double amount of water and wait for 30 seconds. Then pour the rest of the water slowly and evenly until the total mass (300 ml) is reached.
